Feedback

We are committed to providing high quality services that meet our customers’ needs.

We welcome all types of feedback on our services. If you would like to make a complaint, suggestion or even give us a compliment, you can:

Complaints

We respect the right of all of our customers to complain if you are unhappy with our services or the manner in which they were provided. When making a complaint, it would be helpful to include the following information, where possible:

  • the time and/or date of the incident
  • the names of anyone who served you
  • what happened, including the reasons you are unhappy
  • what you would like to see as a result of your complaint.

Once your complaint is lodged, it will be acknowledged within five business days. Based on the nature of your complaint, we will advise you of what we are doing to address your complaint and when we will be able to advise you of an outcome.

When we contact you with an outcome, we will provide you with details of what further action you can take if you are still dissatisfied.

If you have a concern about how your complaint is being handled at any time, you can contact the Western Australian Electoral Commission’s Feedback Coordinator by calling 13 63 06.
